Hello everybody!
To all my Canadian supporters, Happy Canada Day Long Weekend! I am very excited to announce that the Manny's 2 demo is now available to play! It was a lot of hard work! I would especially like to thank all of my translators, Dreadnought9999 for all of the coding help, and Ovendonkey, for pouring his time and energy into his QA services. Without these lovely people, this demo would not exist.
While originally the Manny's 2 surprise I was going to offer was simply going to be a video, which I will link here, it quickly turned into a full-blown playable demo. I hope you enjoy it. All of this was for the milestone of hitting 200,000 followers on Bilibili! Thank you again for all of your support. I am honestly shocked every single day that so many people are enjoying Manny's. Hopefully I can deliver an experience that is even better than the first.
The demo is out. Go play. Then get out there and enjoy the sunshine! Once again, thank you all for your support. I will continue working hard!

Sorry for the lack of updates on here, but I would like to wish you all a belated Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! WOOHOO!
Today is a very special day because I have just released the teaser trailer for the much anticipated Manny's 2! YES, THAT'S RIGHT! The game is IN DEVELOPMENT RIGHT NOW! How exciting! Many, many people have requested a sequel and it is coming. There is no date on it yet as there is tons of work ahead, but I am hoping to have a full trailer for you guys in a few months!
As well as the reveal of the sequel, there will also be official merch for Manny's made by the ever-so-talented and extremely wonderful Molly Nemecek, who made all of the first game's logos and drawings of Manny! There will be charms, t-shirts, hoodies, and even an official game poster! Lots of goodies to choose from! The merch is not available yet so there will be more details to follow!
Also, an official Manny's wiki has been created on fandom! It has almost 20 pages of lore for you to peruse for your viewing pleasure. Since my last post, Manny's has been updated a few times and now has NINE languages, including Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, and Indonesian! There has never been a better time to own Manny's! Available on Steam and itch!
Once again, I want to thank you all so much for all of the support for the first game. I never expected so many people to enjoy it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I'm sure you will all love what the sequel has to offer. More details on that soon. For now, look hot and stay cool.

Hello everybody!
I hope you are all doing well and enjoying Manny's! There are a ton of super talented artists out there creating some of the most amazing fanart I have ever seen! Thank you so much! Fans of Manny's really mean a lot to me. Your love of the characters, especially of Tyler, really warms my heart. You are helping me through an incredibly tough time.
To go into it slightly, I have talked with a professional about it and apparently I am going through a kind of post-project depression, which is affecting my day-to-day life, albeit not severely. I was convinced I needed a break of sorts, but it turns out that my not working on anything is only exacerbating the problem. So, I will be starting my next project soon as well as updating Manny's little by little in a healthy and constructive way.
My burnout before was caused by working very hard to achieve certain milestones with Manny's in order to get the game out for spooky month, but since October has come and gone, I am free to work on my next project at my leisure; comfortably and happy! :)
Now, as for the actual purpose of this news thingy, Manny's is now fully playable in Japanese on Steam and itch! Super excited to have it all translated and working! The game is also having full controller support implemented as I write this. French translation has been finished, Russian is being worked on, and even more languages are on the way! Super exciting!
I really can't wait for you all to see the next project. I think a lot of you will really enjoy the brand new experience that I'll hopefully be able to bring you in 2024 (or, to stay healthy about it and not put a time limit on myself, maybe 2025). I hope to update you all in 2024 with a trailer or maybe even a demo. Follow the socials to stay updated!

Hello everybody!
Sorry I didn't have time to post this on "Opening Day" but Manny's is now out on Steam and itch.io! I hope you have been enjoying playing the game! I have received a lot of raving reviews about it and it makes me smile to know that you guys are enjoying the game!
By popular demand, the entire soundtrack to the game has also been uploaded to Youtube for your listening pleasure. I am very glad to hear that the music has been landing where it has. A lot of work went in to each part of the Manny's experience. That being said, indy., Ovendonkey, and Molly did a ton of work themselves and the game would not be as wonderful as it is without their effort and generous support!
At this very moment, I am working on a patch to fix a few things. I have been watching many people play the game on Twitch and found a few things that need fixing; one major glitch and a few minors ones, including some cosmetic and QoL things. I will get that patch out ASAP so that you can enjoy the game even more!
As such, please be patient for the arrival of controller support and localization. I am working hard to make systems that will support both so that the game will be even more accessible to all of you! Game development is (sometimes, rather unfortunately) never done!
Please continue to Manny's! I am never one to toot my own horn, but a lot of people have asked if this is my first game or not because of the quality. The answer is: yes. This is my first game ever. First time making music, first time making AI, first time making shooting guns in Unity, etc. All of it was a first time ever learning experience. I have written a lot of things but never published anything until now. So before Manny's, I had no experience with any of this! But it's super rewarding to see the areas of the game that I found the most impactful and emotional while making the game are areas that you also all find impactful and emotional. That's the best part!

Welcome to my newest News/Updates page, where I'll keep you all informed of my progress in all upcoming projects that I'll be doing.
That being said, you probably all already know that I completed my first game, Manny's, a psychological horror game about a castaway who finds a fast food restaurant on his deserted island. Well, the testing went better and faster than expected and now the game is ready to be released!
The game will be available for purchase on Friday, October 13th, 2023! That's right! Less than two weeks away! There will also be a major update some time after the initial release, which will include other languages and controller support. The game also works with a French keyboard layout as well.
Since this game is about to be released, I need a huge break from game development and plan to take a few weeks to myself once this is released. I have spent way too much time on this and it has consumed all of my free time, to the point where I am dying to work on anything but Manny's.
I would like to thank Tomoki Yotsuzuka, a good friend of mine from Japan for letting me use his face for some of the characters in the game, Molly Nemecek for her excellent Manny's logos and artwork, indy. for his lovely music, which you will hear in the game, and Ovendonkey, for his professional QA skills. He and I tested the crap out of this game and it is finally up to a very reasonable standard for release. I am very, very proud of this project and I do believe it is one of the coolest things I have ever actually completed.
I hope you guys like the game! The development of Manny's did not come without its days of "I wish I wasn't doing this", but ultimately, I learned a lot and the process was enjoyable. Wishlist on Steam and hopefully your meal will be the very best when Manny's opens its doors to you on October 13th!
