Manny's 2 is a prequel to Manny's, where the player takes control of Ishikawa, an outcast soldier within the Imperial Japanese Navy. With food reserves running out, the small deserted island these soldiers find themselves on quickly becomes a powder keg waiting to be set off. However, something lurks in the night and strange sounds emanate from within the island itself. Will the Japanese make the discovery that wins them the war or will their discovery lead to their doom?

Manny's is a first-person psychological horror game about a lone castaway on a deserted island. Struggling to find food and beginning to starve, the castaway soon realizes that once the sun sets, a fully stocked, fully functional fast food restaurant appears on the island. As if beckoning him inside in his most desperate hour, our reluctant castaway can only wonder, "Is this really real?" Horrors beyond his comprehension await him as he discovers the horrible truth about Manny's.
